Types of Certificates Issued by ETC
ETC issues international certificates from Autodesk for courses such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Civil 3D, as well as certificates from Rhino for courses such as Rhino and Grasshopper. For other training programs, ETC provides an official ETC Certificate of Completion.
Please note that these certificates are not intended to be legalized or stamped by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. However, they are highly valuable for strengthening your professional CV, showcasing your skills, and improving your employment opportunities.
In addition, ETC also offers certificates certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for selected programs that meet the required academic criteria.
About Ministry-Certified Certificates
To obtain a certificate certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, students must enroll in a complete training program consisting of multiple courses, according to the approved academic requirements. After successfully completing all required courses, ETC will handle the official certification procedures on the student's behalf.
Please note that these programs are subject to official administrative procedures and timelines, which may require additional processing time due to administrative or political conditions in Lebanon. During this period, students may still use ETC-issued certificates to strengthen their CVs and demonstrate their professional skills.

Selected certifications are awarded only after the successful completion of multiple courses and capstone assessments, ensuring that graduates possess comprehensive and industry-ready expertise.
What if I have taken these courses elsewhere?
Certificates are issued only to students who are officially registered and have completed their training at ETC. The Ministry of Education requires proof of attendance from an approved training center, such as official receipts or attendance records for the required courses. At present, courses completed outside ETC are not eligible for equivalency.
Certificate Fees
The ETC Certificate of Completion, the Autodesk International Certificate, and the Rhino International Certificate are issued free of charge upon successful completion of the course.
Obtaining a certificate attested by the Ministry of Education requires the student to sign an agreement with Mrs. Rita Sfeir (70 122 717). The purpose of this agreement is to make sure the student clearly understands the requirements for this certificate and to avoid any misunderstanding. For example, ETC can issue the student an Autodesk Certificate immediately upon completion of the course. However, the Ministry-attested certificate may require additional courses and a waiting period before ETC is allowed to attest the certificate, even if the student finishes his or her individual courses early.
The fees for a Ministry-attested certificate requiring a program duration of 3 months are $50. The fees for a certificate requiring a program duration of 6 or 9 months are $100.
These fees exist because obtaining a Ministry-attested certificate requires significant follow-up work. Mrs. Rita Sfeir must submit the student's name and ID to the Ministry of Education, follow up on the student's completion of all course requirements, send the certificate for printing, submit it to the Ministry, collect it about a week later, and finally contact the student to deliver it. Given that our average course fee is $350, it would not be fair for ETC to bear all of these additional costs on its own.
Clarifications Regarding the Agreement
Please note that this agreement is not a binding obligation. It is simply meant to clarify, for the student, the required courses, the applicable fees, and the expected certificate dates. A student who signs this agreement is free to stop their training at any time; the only consequence is that ETC will not be able to issue the Ministry-attested certificate.
It is also perfectly fine for a student to complete several courses, or even most of the required courses, before deciding to enter into an agreement with ETC. In that case, please note that the waiting period required to obtain the attested certificate begins on the date the student is officially registered with the Ministry of Education, not on the date of their first required course or the date they made their decision. For example, a student who has already completed all the courses required to become a certified BIM Manager, and who then decides to enter into an agreement with ETC, will still need to wait about a year to receive the attested certificate, counted from the registration date.

Après la réussite de tous les modules requis, ETC se chargera des démarches officielles de certification en votre nom.
Veuillez noter que ces programmes sont soumis aux procédures et délais administratifs officiels, lesquels peuvent être prolongés selon les conditions administratives ou politiques au Liban. Que faire si j’ai suivi ces formations ailleurs ?
Les certificats ne peuvent être délivrés qu’aux étudiants officiellement inscrits ayant complété leur formation à ETC. Le Ministère de l’Éducation exige une preuve de participation provenant d’un centre de formation agréé, telle que des reçus officiels pour chaque cours requis ou toute attestation de présence. Actuellement, il n’existe aucune procédure d’équivalence pour les formations suivies en dehors de l’ETC.
Frais de certification
Le certificat de réussite ETC, le certificat international Autodesk et le certificat international Rhino sont délivrés gratuitement après la réussite du cours.
L'obtention d'un certificat certifié par le Ministère de l'Éducation nécessite la signature d'un accord avec Mme Rita Sfeir (70 122 717). Cet accord a pour but de s'assurer que l'étudiant comprend clairement les exigences liées à ce certificat, afin d'éviter tout malentendu. Par exemple, ETC peut délivrer à l'étudiant un certificat Autodesk immédiatement après la réussite du cours. Cependant, le certificat certifié par le Ministère peut nécessiter des cours supplémentaires ainsi qu'un délai d'attente avant qu'ETC ne soit autorisé à le certifier, même si l'étudiant termine ses cours plus tôt.
Les frais pour un certificat certifié nécessitant une durée de programme de 3 mois sont de 50 $. Les frais pour un certificat nécessitant une durée de 6 ou 9 mois sont de 100 $.
Ces frais s'expliquent par le suivi important que requiert l'obtention d'un certificat certifié par le Ministère. Mme Rita Sfeir doit soumettre le nom et le numéro d'identité de l'étudiant au Ministère de l'Éducation, assurer le suivi de l'achèvement des cours requis, envoyer le certificat à l'impression, le soumettre au Ministère, le récupérer environ une semaine plus tard, puis contacter l'étudiant pour le lui remettre. Étant donné que nos frais de cours moyens s'élèvent à 350 $, il ne serait pas équitable qu'ETC supporte seule l'ensemble de ces frais supplémentaires.
Précisions concernant l'accord
Veuillez noter que cet accord n'est pas un engagement contraignant. Il vise simplement à clarifier, pour l'étudiant, les cours requis, les frais applicables et les dates prévues de délivrance du certificat. Un étudiant ayant signé cet accord est libre d'arrêter sa formation à tout moment ; la seule conséquence est qu'ETC ne pourra alors pas délivrer le certificat certifié par le Ministère.
Il est également tout à fait possible pour un étudiant de compléter plusieurs cours, voire la plupart des cours requis, avant de décider de conclure un accord avec ETC. Dans ce cas, veuillez noter que le délai d'attente nécessaire pour obtenir le certificat certifié commence à partir de la date d'inscription officielle de l'étudiant auprès du Ministère de l'Éducation, et non à partir de la date de son premier cours requis ni de la date de sa décision. Par exemple, un étudiant ayant déjà terminé tous les cours requis pour devenir BIM Manager certifié, et qui décide ensuite de conclure un accord avec ETC, devra tout de même attendre environ un an pour recevoir le certificat certifié, à compter de la date d'inscription.

لا تُمنح بعض الشهادات إلا بعد إتمام عدة دورات وتقييمات ختامية بنجاح، بما يضمن امتلاك الخريجين خبرة شاملة وجاهزة لسوق العمل.
ماذا لو كنت قد تابعت هذه الدورات في مكان آخر؟
لا يمكن إصدار الشهادات إلا للطلاب المسجلين رسميًا والذين أتمّوا تدريبهم في ETC. تشترط وزارة التربية تقديم إثبات حضور من مركز تدريب معتمد، مثل إيصالات رسمية لكل دورة مطلوبة أو أي مستند يثبت الحضور. لا توجد حاليًا أي آلية لمعادلة الدورات التي تمّت خارج ETC.
رسوم الشهادات
تُصدر شهادة إتمام ETC، والشهادة الدولية من Autodesk، والشهادة الدولية من Rhino مجانًا عند إتمام الدورة بنجاح.
يتطلّب الحصول على شهادة مصدّقة من وزارة التربية توقيع اتفاق مع السيدة ريتا صفير 70122717. الهدف من هذا الاتفاق هو التأكد من أن الطالب يفهم بوضوح متطلبات هذه الشهادة، وذلك لتجنّب أي سوء تفاهم. فعلى سبيل المثال، يمكن لمركز ETC إصدار شهادة Autodesk للطالب فور إتمام الدورة، إلا أن الشهادة المصدّقة من الوزارة قد تتطلب دورات إضافية وفترة انتظار قبل أن يُسمح لمركز ETC بتصديقها، حتى لو أنهى الطالب دوراته الفردية باكرًا.
تبلغ رسوم الشهادة المصدّقة التي تتطلب مدة برنامج 3 أشهر مبلغ 50 دولارًا. أما رسوم الشهادة التي تتطلب مدة 6 أو 9 أشهر فتبلغ 100 دولار.
تُعزى هذه الرسوم إلى المتابعة الكبيرة التي يتطلبها الحصول على شهادة مصدّقة من الوزارة، إذ يجب على السيدة ريتا صفير تقديم اسم الطالب ورقم هويته إلى وزارة التربية، ومتابعة إتمامه لمتطلبات الدورات، وإرسال الشهادة للطباعة، وتقديمها إلى الوزارة، ثم استلامها بعد نحو أسبوع، وأخيرًا التواصل مع الطالب لتسليمها. وبما أن متوسط رسوم الدورة لدينا هو 350 دولارًا، فليس من العدل أن يتحمّل مركز ETC وحده هذه التكاليف الإضافية.
توضيحات بخصوص الاتفاق
يُرجى ملاحظة أن هذا الاتفاق لا يشكّل التزامًا مُلزِمًا. فالهدف منه هو توضيح المقررات المطلوبة والرسوم المستحقة والمواعيد المتوقعة لإصدار الشهادة للطالب فقط. ويحق للطالب الذي يوقّع هذا الاتفاق التوقف عن متابعة تدريبه في أي وقت، والنتيجة الوحيدة لذلك هي عدم قدرة مركز ETC على إصدار الشهادة المصدّقة من الوزارة.
كما يمكن للطالب أن يُتمّ عددًا من المقررات المطلوبة أو معظمها، ثم يقرر لاحقًا الدخول في اتفاق مع ETC للحصول على الشهادة المصدّقة. وفي هذه الحالة، يُرجى ملاحظة أن فترة الانتظار اللازمة للحصول على الشهادة المصدّقة تبدأ من تاريخ تسجيل الطالب رسميًا لدى وزارة التربية، وليس من تاريخ أول مقرر مطلوب تابعه الطالب أو تاريخ اتخاذه القرار. فعلى سبيل المثال، الطالب الذي يكون قد أتمّ بالفعل جميع المقررات المطلوبة ليصبح BIM Manager معتمدًا، ثم يقرر الدخول في اتفاق مع ETC، سيبقى عليه الانتظار نحو سنة للحصول على الشهادة المصدّقة، محتسبة من تاريخ التسجيل.
