1. The construction permit has been received.
2. Site mobilization is approximately 80% complete.
3. The permanent temporary-power connection is eight days late. The site team can rent a generator, but this will add approximately USD 18,000.
4. The geotechnical records indicate a possible hard-rock layer at the eastern side of the excavation.
5. The client is concerned that the current programme shows handover on 21 September 2027, which is 21 days later than the contractual target.
6. The façade supplier requires an early decision to retain the available production slot.
7. The MEP consultant has not frozen the chiller capacity.
8. The client has requested a study for an executive conference center on Level 4.
9. The planning manager must issue a recovery programme showing practical acceleration options and associated cost impacts.
10. The commercial manager warned that reinforcement-steel prices may rise after the current quotation expires.
